What it does
Compass is a founder OS. In 10–12 minutes, Chart My Course benchmarks five signals—Progress, Signal, Self-Efficacy, Execution, Market Awareness—and identifies your Momentum State. Then weekly reflections turn into clear next steps, emails, and resources.
Compass is an intelligent orientation tool for founders. Understand where you are, what is truly influencing your progress, and the breakthrough most likely to move you forward.
Compass is a calibration instrument for startup founders. Ten questions, then a plain read on what your answers indicate about your self-efficacy, situational awareness, and clarity — kept separate, never rolled into one number. The diagnostic is free; Navigator is an optional paid tier that adds longitudinal tracking, weekly reflection prompts, and personalized guidance. Yes — the ten-question diagnostic and your results are free. Navigator is the optional paid tier. Ten questions; most founders finish in a few minutes. A Pulse check-in takes about 2 minutes. By the end of 2024, as AI coding tools exploded everywhere, I finally had a way to make it real. I started from zero knowledge and spent months collaborating with AI agents as a learning experience. Every pixel and every function went through me. The AI translated what I asked for into code, but every decision was human. I didn't use existing OS…
