What it does
Shopify's native cookie banner records consent fine via the Customer Privacy API. What it doesn't do is tell you what's actually running on your storefront that needs consent. Most merchants set up their consent categories by guessing. Consent Guard scans your live storefront and names which of 16 known trackers it finds — Google Analytics, Meta Pixel, TikTok Pixel, Klaviyo, Hotjar and others. It does not block scripts hardcoded into theme.liquid — no consent app can. Free plan, no card.

I made OwnTime to balance between competing priorities in my life. The idea is based on two main influences: the concept of "roles" from "The 5 Choices" (2015), and my repeated failure to effectively implement time blocking due to the necessary flexibility in my role.
