What it does

A dispatch board your shop sets up in one afternoon. Techs never install an app — they reply to a text. Flat monthly pricing from $49. Never charged per user.

Dispatch software for small service businesses running 2–10 trucks. Techs never install an app — they reply to a text. Flat pricing from $49/mo, never per user.

They get a text with the job. They reply OTW. The board updates itself. No app, no login, no seat to buy. You run the board from the desk or the truck, and your shop sets it up in one afternoon. From $49 a month, flat. You are never charged per user. Want the whole thing? Watch the 2-minute walkthrough — board, texts, pricing and why we built it. Job details buried under memes. Two trucks at the same address. The customer's history living in somebody's head. You either run your day off a whiteboard nobody updates — or pay enterprise prices for software built for fifty trucks, not five. The four texts: the job goes out, then OTW , HERE and DONE come back. That's it. CopyThat does…from copythathq.com

  • I made OwnTime to balance between competing priorities in my life. The idea is based on two main influences: the concept of "roles" from "The 5 Choices" (2015), and my repeated failure to effectively implement time blocking due to the necessary flexibility in my role. The app allows you to define time budgets, which are not much more than a few mutually exclusive countdown timers. The UX is essentially that of a chess clock for an arbitrary number of players with configurable time. The whole point of the app is to kick you out of the running role/priority when its time is up.
