Built at Imperial College London, COVERD is the Recruitment Intelligence Layer for fast-growing companies. It sits on top of any ATS (Greenhouse, Ashby, etc...) and turns hundreds of unread applications into a clear picture of who's actually worth meeting, through specialized AI agents evaluating each candidate, tailored AI voice interviews to resolve open points in the application, and a visual Compass of your entire applicant pool.
