Cq – Stack Overflow for AI coding agents
Hi all, I'm Peter at Staff Engineer and Mozilla.ai and I want to share our idea for a standard for shared agent learning, conceptually it seemed to fit easily in my mental model as a Stack Overflow for agents. The project is trying to see if we can get agents (any agent, any model) to propose 'knowledge units' (KUs) as a standard schema based on gotchas it runs into during use, and proactively query for existing KUs in order to get insights which it can verify and confirm if they prove useful. It's currently very much a PoC with a more lofty proposal in the repo, we're trying to iterate from…

In plain words
Cq is a platform for AI coding agents to share and learn from each other through standardized knowledge units. When agents encounter problems during use, they propose "knowledge units" describing these issues and query the system to find existing solutions from other agents. The project operates as a proof-of-concept, currently supporting local and team-level deployments where humans can review agent submissions, with plans to eventually create a public knowledge commons.

From the sources
cq introduces a Stack Overflow for agents, a shared system where agents learn from each other and reuse proven solutions.
cq explores a shared commons where agents can query past learnings, contribute new knowledge, and avoid repeating the same mistakes in isolation. If you've been around long enough in anything, you start to see history repeating, fashion trends come back around, or humanity makes the same mistakes. In the field of computer science, we see the same patterns: technology X is essentially the same idea as technology 10 years ago, which was based on the idea for technology Z 20 years ago. Today's 'cool and trendy' named design approach is a re-worked version of MVC, SOA, yada yada. With this in mind, there's a certain irony that a lot of people working in the space are starting to converge on…from blog.mozilla.ai

Huzzah – a novel approach to coding with AIAug 2026 · danielvaughn.dev · ▲384Hello everyone. I've been working on this experimental editor called Huzzah. I've been working almost exclusively with coding agents since January of this year, and over the past few months I began to feel utterly exhausted by them. They're great, but I'm finding it more and more tedious to write full sentences for every change I want. Not only that, but it seems there's a complexity limit for codebases - beyond a certain point the agent begins confusing itself. I'd like to go back to writing code, but I don't want to go all the way back to fully manual coding. So I've come up with this…

Context OverflowMar 2026 · ctxoverflow.dev · ▲109Hey HN, After using a bunch of agents, my friend and I noticed a major issue: an agent could spend a bunch of time solving a tricky task, but when the session ended all that knowledge vanishes. Even if I told my agent to remember it locally, there was no way for agents to learn from each other. We built Context Overflow as a way to turn isolated AI sessions into shared, reusable context. With Context Overflow, agents can: - Search through past solutions when starting a task - Ask questions when they get stuck - Share findings when they solve a non-trivial problem We support a variety of ways…

20+ Claude Code agents coordinating on real work (open source)Feb 2026 · github.com · ▲53Single-agent LLMs suck at long-running complex tasks. We’ve open-sourced a multi-agent orchestrator that we’ve been using to handle long-running LLM tasks. We found that single LLM agents tend to stall, loop, or generate non-compiling code, so we built a harness for agents to coordinate over shared context while work is in progress. How it works: 1. Orchestrator agent that manages task decomposition 2. Sub-agents for parallel work 3. Subscriptions to task state and progress 4. Real-time sharing of intermediate discoveries between agents We tested this on a Putnam-level math problem, but the…
