CreatorFlow

The workflow management platform for content creators

CreatorFlow launched on January 15, 2025 with 36 votes, #534 of 6,142 launches that month and more than 90% of that year's launches. The site was still online in September 2026, 1 year on.

What it does

CreatorFlow is a content management platform that helps creators keep their ideas, scripts, tasks, and publishing schedule organized in one place - without juggling multiple apps.

One workspace for creator brand deals: track every sponsorship from first email to paid, line it up with your content pipeline, and invoice in one click.

Every sponsorship on one board — what you agreed, what’s due, who still owes you — sitting next to the video that pays for it. No more rebuilding the picture from Gmail, Sheets and memory. Hi! We’d love to send you our new launch. Budget around $4,500 , would you be open to… Brand emails in Gmail. Deals in Sheets. Drafts in Notion. Money chases in WhatsApp. Every Sunday you spend three hours just figuring out where you are. Any brand email, sponsor pitch, agency thread. Send it to your secret HeyKero address. Brand, fee, deliverables, deadline, exclusivity — one place, slotted into the right deal stage. Every reply in the thread files itself. Each deal sits next to the video that fulfils…from heykero.app

It was a bit tricky to find a union of features that work in both engines, but in the end it turns out that showing/hiding annotation "fields" works well to make monochrome pixels, and keyboard input can be achieved by typing in a text input box. I originally built this app to organize and reuse interesting React + Tailwind components I came across on Twitter, inspired by the shadcn/ui approach. Later, a friend started contributing their own components, and it got me thinking—this could grow into something bigger, like an NPM for design engineers to share and use components. Would love to hear your thoughts!
