Cryptomator 2
Open-Source encryption fully integrated into the files app
Cryptomator 2 launched on December 22, 2021 with 78 votes, #630 of 2,707 launches that month and more than 50% of that year's launches. The site was still online in September 2026, 4 years on.
What it does
With Cryptomator 2.0, you get an app that is completely integrated into the Files app of iOS. This means that your vaults are directly accessible from there. E.g., you can now save and edit a Word document directly in an encrypted vault via the Files app.
