It has managed to unleash what most brands have tried to do and failed - fitness and healthy living for the masses. It has 4 core offerings - Cult.fit (physical fitness), Eat.fit (food subscription), Mind.fit(meditation) and Care.fit(doctor consultations).

since 8 months I have lost only 2 kgs weight even with diet plans, cult transform is known for habitual growth, where you don’t have to quit anything instead follow healthy eating and in plan I have to quit every normal food and since 2 months I am eating sautéed veggies and some protein only. this is not what I expected from this membership, if I have to do diet then easily I can loose 3-4 kgs in 2-3 months as I did earlier also but this time it didn’t worked and even after raising multiple times this issue still I can’t see any results… now I am bit confused whether to extend this plan or not.. we don’t have option to pause the membership while travelling because it is supposed to work on…from apps.apple.com
