Two big updates that make Cursor the best place to work with agents: our first coding model, Composer, and a new interface for working with many agents in parallel. Also included in this release: browser for Agent, voice mode, improved code review, and more!
Origin begins rolling out today in early beta on all paid plans. We're starting with the essentials, designed for agent scale: repos, pull requests, code browsing, and GitHub sync. Agent-native features ship soon. Click +New to create a new repo and name it. Once you do, a page shows you how to install the CLI, with commands for how to clone a repo or push a local project. Push, and your code is hosted on Origin. For Origin-hosted repos, Origin is the source of truth. Pushes land on Origin, and GitHub is not in the path. Name your codebase when you create your first repo. That name becomes part of every repo's URL: cursor.com/codebase/ acme-corp . Your GitHub repos can sit alongside the…from cursor.com

Cursor for UserscriptsJan 2026 · github.com · ▲56I’ve been experimenting with embedding an Claude Code/Cursor-style coding agent directly into the browser. At a high level, the agent generates and maintains userscripts and CSS that are re-applied on page load. Rather than just editing DOM via JS in console the agent is treating the page, and the DOM as a file. The models are often trained in RL sandboxes with full access to the filesystem and bash, so they are really good at using it. So to make the agent behave well, I've simulated this environment. The whole state of a page and scripts is implemented as a virtual filesystem hacked…
Libretto – Making AI browser automations deterministicApr 2026 · github.com · ▲134Libretto (https://libretto.sh) is a Skill+CLI that makes it easy for your coding agent to generate deterministic browser automations and debug existing ones. Key shift is going from “give an agent a prompt at runtime and hope it figures things out” to: “Use coding agents to generate real scripts you can inspect, run, and debug”. Here’s a demo: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=0cDpIntmHAM. Docs start at https://libretto.sh/docs/get-started/introduction. We spent a year building and maintaining browser automations for EHR and payer portal…

I went down the rabbit hole on a side project and ended up building this: Strange Attractors(https://blog.shashanktomar.com/posts/strange-attractors). It’s built with three.js. Working on it reminded me of the little "maths for fun" exercises I used to do while learning programming in early days. Just trying things out, getting fascinated and geeky, and being surprised by the results. I spent way too much time on this, but it was extreme fun. My favorite part: someone pointed me to the Simone Attractor on Threads. It is a 2D attractor and I asked GPT to extrapolate it to…

Autism Simulator▲779Hey all, I built this. It’s not trying to capture every autistic experience (that’d be impossible). It’s based on my own lived experience as well as that of friends on the spectrum. I'm trying to give people a feel for what masking, decision fatigue, and burnout can look like day-to-day. That’s hard to explain in words, but easier to show through choices and stats. I'm not trying to "define autism". I’ve gotten good feedback here about resilience, meds, and difficulty tuning. I’ll keep tweaking it. If even a few people walk away thinking, "ah, maybe that’s why my coworker struggles in those…
