Write a heartfelt letter to your future self or someone you love. Schedule it to arrive months or years from now, end-to-end encrypted, beautifully designed, and completely free.

Write to your future self, a friend, or someone you love. Say what you feel right now; your dreams, your fears, your love. Pick a delivery date, anything from one month to five years from now. Your letter will wait patiently until exactly the right moment. On your chosen day, a link to the letter lands in their inbox, a beautiful surprise from the past, delivered right on time. I wrote myself a letter after my A-levels and scheduled it for graduation. Opening it that morning made me so emotional, past me had no idea how much would change. I used Dear Tomorrow Me to write to my best friend before she moved abroad. She opens it on our friendiversary next year and I already can't wait for her…from deartomorrow.me

  Homebrew 6.0.0▲1,481

Today, I’m proud to announce Homebrew 6.0.0. The most significant changes since 5.1.0 are a new tap trust security mechanism, the new faster, smaller, default internal Homebrew JSON API, sandboxing on Linux, better defaults informed by our user survey, many brew bundle improvements, improved performance and initial support for macOS 27 (Golden Gate). Happy to discuss any questions here!

Hi HN! I was super frustrated at apps like tiktok and wechat preventing me from saving or downloading the animated gifs, so I made a little tool to turn a screen recording into a slack-sized emoji. Hope you get some value from this!
