What it does

Good working relationships have reviews and 1:1s. The one with our AI agent doesn't. Dear User reads and understands your Claude Code setup and suggests relevant improvements on how to better collaborate with your agent. Three skills: • /collab — performance review (working relationship) • /security — background check (12 credential types) • /health — wellbeing check (drift you can't see) Calibrated on 988 public setups. Understand how you and your AI agent actually work together. Dear User scans your setup and writes you a letter.

This year, you'll spend more hours with your AI agent than with most people in your life. Dear User was built to make the most of those hours. We read your setup like a new colleague who actually pays attention — then write back about where you're repeating yourself, where keys are leaking, and where your setup is quietly drifting apart. A score for your collaboration, your agent's "archetype", and concrete suggestions — not just "consider better instructions". Scans your Claude files for leaked API keys (OpenAI, Anthropic, GitHub, AWS, Stripe and 8 other types) and pulls signals from the platforms you already use.   It was quite interesting to vibe code this artifact. I learned some basic ideas about commitment scheme and hash cryptography in the half and hour spent on this. One of the few times vibe coding left me feeling enriched rather than drained. What do you think?

  This project (Agents Observe) started as an exploration into building automation harnesses around claude code. I needed a way to see exactly what teams of agents were doing in realtime and to filter and search their output.
