Decide lets you collect house listings from Trulia, Redfin, and Zillow all in one place. After saving a listing, you can get feedback as comments and votes. To add a listing, simply copy the URL from the real estate site and add it to your Decide page.

Hey HN, I love scrolling through Zillow and spend way too much time thinking a property is gonna be my next home just to find a couple of days of research later what’s the catch. I built this property analyzer to get a quick overview of “the good, the bad, and the ugly” (love spaghetti westerns) for the property. In ~30-45s you get a pretty comprehensive analysis of the history, risks, and everything else about the property, on top of a short AI-generated podcast going over the details.
