I'm sorry, but this is straight up out of hand. This seems like a decent tool, but it's not worth $2.99 per month as a "sponsorship." It's certainly not worth $29.99 as a full on purchase. The available tools can be useful, but even as Dev Tools, their use is pretty limited. At $3.99 this would be a good purchase, but there is no reason to "rent" a tool like this and pay month after month. Most of these tools won't get touched on a yearly basis.
