You have to pause and write a genuine affirmation first. Every affirmation is saved in a Reflect tab, turning your morning routine into a personal journal you didn't know you were keeping. Built with AlarmKit so it fires through Do Not Disturb. Pro users get AI-generated affirmations tailored to them.
