What it does
Dungeon Gains combines real fitness tracking with genuine RPG progression. Unlike generic gamified apps with just badges, your actual workout data directly translates into character stats that affect combat. Your bench press becomes Strength, deadlift becomes Stamina. Game difficulty scales with YOUR progress. Cloud saves, equipment system with loot drops, dungeon progression, and nostalgic 16-bit aesthetic. It's not fitness wrapped in game skin—it's both, fully integrated.

My cofounder and I have been working on a site called Fitocracy (www.fitocracy.com), which is a social game for fitness. The idea was very much inspired by our experiences growing up as nerds playing video games, later on discovering weightlifting, and drawing the parallel between working out and "leveling yourself up."
