Energy Check-In tracks how you feel every 90 minutes and builds a map of when your mind actually works best. Free, private, and takes 5 seconds per check-in. A lightweight extension sits in your browser. No accounts required to start — just install and it begins. A small card appears in the corner of your screen. Tap a score from 1–5 and optionally tag what you're doing. Done in under 5 seconds. After a few days, your personal energy heatmap appears.
