What it does

EquaSched is a staff scheduling application for urgent care clinics in the USA. Generates fair shift schedules in 10 seconds, enforces FLSA overtime rules, and tracks shift fairness across all clinic roles.

EquaSched replaces 4–5 hours of manual Excel work by generating a schedule that balances coverage, staff preferences, and fairness automatically. *Tested on a 60-staff clinic, 3 daily shifts (7 AM–3 PM / 3–11 PM / 11 PM–7 AM), 31-day period — matching AAUCM benchmarks for mid-size urgent care. Actual processing time varies with staff size and schedule complexity. After the 7-day trial, subscription renews monthly at $399/mo or $999/mo until cancelled.
