Eventship MCP
Built an MCP server for Eventship (an in-person events platform I run). It lets Claude, ChatGPT, or any MCP client find events, register attendees, create and publish events, and broadcast to registrants through natural language. Stack: FastAPI, ~25 tools, progressive discovery to keep context load low. Started read-only, added write tools once I saw what people actually asked for. Happy to answer anything about the build. Eventship MCP launched on April 22, 2026 with 12 votes, #1,176 of 21,248 launches that month and more than 90% of that year's launches. The site was not reachable when checked in September 2026.
What it does
The first MCP server built for in-person events. Connect Claude, ChatGPT or any MCP-compatible AI to Eventship and your assistant can find events, register you, recommend who to meet. For hosts, brainstorm event ideas, create events, broadcast to attendees, and manage registrations through natural chat.
