Ezziwebtools
Hi HN, I wanted to share EzziwebTools, a hub of 30+ free tools. The site is built with Next.js and React, and includes both standard utilities and a few AI-powered tools (using Groq/Llama 3), such as: An API Response Time Comparator (visualizes TTFB vs Download time) An AI-powered SQL Query Explainer & Optimizer A JSON-to-Zod schema converter A Thread/Carousel Builder that exports directly to PDF All the standard utilities are completely free and require no login. The AI tools have a generous daily free limit to help me manage API costs. I'd love for you to try it out. Any feedback…

My Attempt to Organize the World of AI Dev Tools2025 · aicode.danvoronov.com · ▲101I've been exploring the (not so=) amazing potential of AI in coding and have compiled a list of tools. From AI-powered IDEs to code generators, this resource is my contribution to the community. I'm still on the fence about including txt2sql projects, as their functionality seems too basic to me. And I'm personally maintaining this, so your feedback is wellcome.

Hi! Long time reader, first time submitter. I've finallllyy got my first webapp online. It's been a long time coming, I started it over a year ago and just been an hour here, a couple of hours here, and a period of a couple of months of nothing. I first wrote it as a way to learn some python it sort of grew to fill a need I had. It's at a point now where I'd LOVE some feedback as I am going round in circules. Please, it's free, just hit the home page, plugin in a name/email and url you want to links checked on. If you use the name 'DeleteMe' I will remove the account after a week, so feel…
I vibecoded 177 tools for my own use (CalcBin)Feb 2026 · calcbin.com · ▲15Hey HN! I've been building random tools whenever I needed them over the past few months, and now I have 177 of them. Started because I was tired of sketchy converter sites with 10 ads, so I just... made my own. Some highlights for the dev crowd: Developer tools: - UUID Generator (v1/v4/v7, bulk generation): https://calcbin.com/tools/uuid-generator - JWT Generator & Decoder: https://calcbin.com/tools/jwt-generator - JSON Formatter/Validator: https://calcbin.com/tools/json-formatter - Cron Expression Generator (with…

Hi HN! I've created [UFreeTools](https://www.ufreetools.com/), a collection of developer utilities (60+ tools and growing) that's completely free, ad-free, and runs entirely in the browser. No data leaves your device - everything is processed locally. ## Background As a developer, I found myself constantly searching for simple utilities like JSON formatters, UUID generators, and color pickers. Most existing options were cluttered with ads, required sign-ups, or sent data to servers. I wanted clean, fast tools that respected privacy. So I built UFreeTools as a modern SPA using…
Grafly.io – Free online diagramming toolMar 2026 · grafly.io · ▲9Hey, I'm Nenad. I built Grafly (https://grafly.io) because I kept reaching for different tools just to sketch out a quick architecture diagram and hating either the UI, color schemes, usage patterns or that I had to log in, or have my doodles stored on someone's server. It's a React/React Flow app that runs entirely in the browser meaning that everything saves to localStorage, nothing leaves your machine. You get basic shapes, AWS/GCP icons, edges with waypoints and shareable URLs that encode the whole diagram in the query string (no backend, just LZ compression). There…

Talanoa▲345Hi HN, I’m a fullstack developer, and honestly, I’ve lost count of how many side projects I’ve worked on over the years. But one idea kept coming back to me: a different kind of email client. It first came to me in 2014: “What if we could handle emails more like conversations?” Every year, I’d revisit this concept in my “Build Notes.” Ten years later, no one had built exactly what I had in mind — so I finally decided to do it myself. That’s how Talanoa was born. I wanted something focused on people, not timelines. I was tired of marking messages as unread just to remember to reply later, or…

Homebrew 6.0.0▲1,481Today, I’m proud to announce Homebrew 6.0.0. The most significant changes since 5.1.0 are a new tap trust security mechanism, the new faster, smaller, default internal Homebrew JSON API, sandboxing on Linux, better defaults informed by our user survey, many brew bundle improvements, improved performance and initial support for macOS 27 (Golden Gate). Happy to discuss any questions here!

Hi HN! I was super frustrated at apps like tiktok and wechat preventing me from saving or downloading the animated gifs, so I made a little tool to turn a screen recording into a slack-sized emoji. Hope you get some value from this!
