What it does
Due-diligence for small online business acquirers. F(x) scans the listing before you wire the money: exposed database permissions, leaked API keys, revenue propped up by ad spend that stops the day you close. Run a free scan on any Flippa or Acquire.com listing. The paid tier checks Stripe and shows what the seller's dashboard doesn't.
Revenue risk and security findings on a site you are about to buy, priced in dollars rather than severity labels.
F(x) reads a listing’s site and, with the seller’s consent, its payment and repository data, before you wire the money. F(x) reads the seller’s payment and analytics records for all three, then restates the monthly revenue without them. Stripe shows 218 of 531 paying customers on a 50%-off coupon that runs for twelve months. Once it ends the real monthly revenue is $8,900 , not the $11,280 the listing claims. Google Analytics shows 61.4% of visits came from paid ads over twelve months. I made OwnTime to balance between competing priorities in my life. The idea is based on two main influences: the concept of "roles" from "The 5 Choices" (2015), and my repeated failure to effectively implement time blocking due to the necessary flexibility in my role.
