In plain words

Facebook Notes is a writing platform launched in 2015 that allows users to create and share notes directly on Facebook. The platform provides customizable formatting options to make written content more visually appealing. It targets writers and bloggers who want to publish longer-form content within Facebook's social network ecosystem rather than using standalone blogging platforms.
