FastReact – FastAPI and React Starter Kit for AI SaaS
Hi everyone, I've successfully used Backend + SPA pattern in several AI products so far. Then I decided to put years of experience into this starter pack. Even then, it took me a few months to make it a complete product. It has anything a regular SAAS would require, plus AI-ready features such as token based metering and a fully functional AI copilot demo app. Let me know your feedback.
FastReact – FastAPI and React Starter Kit for AI SaaS launched on June 30, 2026 with 5 votes, #2,466 of 22,647 launches that month and more than 75% of that year's launches.
What it does
FastReact is a FastAPI + React starter kit with auth, payments, multi-tenancy, and AI-ready credit metering built in, so you can ship your SaaS faster without rebuilding the same foundation every time.
FastReact is a FastAPI (Python) + React starter kit: auth, payments, multi-tenancy, and AI usage metering. Self-hosted, full source code, no lock-in.
Your agent is only as good as the codebase you start it in. FastReact is the FastAPI + React foundation for production-ready apps, with authentication, billing, and AI usage metering built in. Tested, audited, and actively maintained. A 90-second walkthrough: auth, billing, teams, and AI metering, already running before your first prompt. These failures wait until launch, when real money and your reputation are on the line. Be honest: how many boxes can you check? These five are a glimpse; the full checklist is far longer and keeps growing. Right now, bots are scanning your app for exposed secrets and .env files. We see them probe our own sites every day. Homebrew 6.0.0▲1,481Today, I’m proud to announce Homebrew 6.0.0. The most significant changes since 5.1.0 are a new tap trust security mechanism, the new faster, smaller, default internal Homebrew JSON API, sandboxing on Linux, better defaults informed by our user survey, many brew bundle improvements, improved performance and initial support for macOS 27 (Golden Gate). Happy to discuss any questions here!

Hi HN! I was super frustrated at apps like tiktok and wechat preventing me from saving or downloading the animated gifs, so I made a little tool to turn a screen recording into a slack-sized emoji. Hope you get some value from this!
