I needed to convert pictures from iphones (heic format) to jpg. Tried many softwares - this by far was the best! You can choose several files - convert them all together and then download them all together - for free! amazing! Super efficient and easy process. I only need to use it maybe 1,2 times per year so it's perfect for my need, and it's free. Thank you so much! sooo convenient after spending half an hour web surfing for a way to convert this file. quick, free, easy! would recommend to literally anyone. I realized that the PDF engines of modern desktop browsers (PDFium and PDF.js) support JavaScript with enough I/O primitives to make a basic game like Tetris. It was a bit tricky to find a union of features that work in both engines, but in the end it turns out that showing/hiding annotation "fields" works well to make monochrome pixels, and keyboard input can be achieved by typing in a text input box.
