Very good. It helps me a lot when I need to study. I think this method is better than the Pomodoro Technique. Simple and easy-to-use app. This really is the best productivity app I've tried. I've been trying to use Pomodoro for years and have struggled with the rigidity of the intervals for certain tasks. Great timer that helps to stay focused. Really clean and simple. Finding a focus time tracker that doesn't use Pomodoro has been difficult. Flowmo app is the first to be developed for the Flowmodoro method, which is geared toward deep work. I've been looking for an app that supports the flowmodoro technique for some time. Just found this one and it's just what I was lookingfrom flowmo.io
