What it does
FlowState AI is a cycle-aware workout assistant for women. Unlike generic fitness or period-tracking apps, it adapts gym workouts to each user’s cycle, symptoms, sleep, soreness, energy and motivation. It helps women know when to push, modify or recover, and gives real-time adjustments for weight, reps, exercises and intensity with clear “why” explanations.
FlowState generates personalized gym workouts that adapt to your menstrual cycle phase, daily readiness, and training history. The first AI workout engine that actually knows you.
