What it does
FocusFlow asks how you feel, what you need to do, and how long you have — then builds a personalised AI focus plan with a live phase-by-phase timer. No generic pomodoros. No one-size-fits-all. It also tracks your streak, holds you accountable with daily reflections, and uses spaced repetition to remind you to revisit unfinished tasks. Built for anyone who knows what to do but can't quite start.
This install has no AI configured on its server. Add a key here to enable the AI coach — it stays in this browser and is sent only to api.anthropic.com. Without one, the built-in planner is used. Your sessions, streaks and reminders are stored only on this device — nothing is uploaded orfrom focusflow-gules-gamma.vercel.app
