Follow Up Bot makes sure nothing in Slack goes unanswered. Ask a colleague a question and it nudges them if they never reply. Share channels with customers over Slack Connect and it alerts your team the moment one of them has waited too long. Normal conversations happen untouched. When a customer's message passes your response target with no reply from your team, one person gets a private alert. Nothing is ever posted where the customer can see it.
