Formbase is the complete platform for AI-powered forms that hold real conversations. Choose what you want to ask. We turn it into a conversation. I applied to Anthropic's Built with Opus 4.7 hackathon, and the application form itself was the easiest form I'd ever filled out. Instead of a wall of fields, it was a chat with Claude , asking me one question at a time, following up where my answers were thin, skipping ahead when I'd already covered something. It was the first time filling out a form didn't feel tedious and i felt like i could express myself easier. I searched and couldn't find a way to create a form like this.
