What it does
GentID is the open-source identity infrastructure for autonomous AI systems. Create, verify, and sign AI agent identities using Ed25519 cryptographic keypairs. Every agent gets a portable, verifiable passport that proves ownership, signs actions, and establishes trust across the agent ecosystem. Built for the emerging agentic web, GentID enables reputation, provenance, authentication, and secure agent-to-agent (A2A) interactions through open standards and developer-friendly APIs.
