In plain words

Ghost Knowledge is a crowdfunding platform that connects readers with non-publishing authors to commission essays on topics they want to explore. Users suggest essay ideas and pledge money toward projects they support. The platform then collects funding and coordinates with selected authors to produce the commissioned work. It targets people interested in accessing knowledge and perspectives from voices outside traditional publishing channels.

From the sources

A better way to fund knowledge. 1. You suggest ideas for essays you'd want to read from authors that don't normally publish. 2. You pledge $ to support the suggestions you like. 3. We collect payment and coordinate with authors to make the magic happen ✨

I've always wanted to just upload a whole book to ChatGPT and ask questions. Obviously with the char limit that's impossible... So some buddies and I built Ghost. We have it limited to 5 pages for uploads for now, but plan on expanding the limit soon. Let me know what you guys think!
