GoalBranch starts at the goal and works backward, branching it into smaller and smaller steps until one of them takes 20 minutes and you can do it today. Type a goal. The tree does the rest, and every branch ends in something you can do today. Forward planning starts with what’s easy: day 1. By week three, the plan and the goal aren’t related anymore.
