What it does

GoGoGrandparent helps older adults use on demand transportation services. We primarily handle two challenges: 1) Technological accessibility - they call to order a ride, no smartphone required. 2) Ride management - we screen drivers to make sure they're comfortable with seniors, monitor rides and communicate on behalf of the registered callers

Helping seniors & people with disabilities access rides, groceries, meals, prescriptions, and home care—independence made simple, no smartphone required.

We’ve designed a membership model that will help us to support your request in the best possible way. Our Concierge Fee covers our costs from when we process a request, start monitoring a service on your behalf, to when we stop. It covers the cost of our call center available 24/7, computer server, engineering time & other operational costs that make GoGo happen & available for you . For our payment plans, in addition to regular credit and debit cards, we have also integrated Direct Express, Social Security’s prepaid debit card, into all of our services: Uber or Lyft transportation, Meals, Groceries, Prescriptions, rides, and home services for seniors.
