We give the fee from the job posting directly to the freelancer, to support their wellbeing and development.
For each role posted here, we pay you a support bursary to invest in your development and wellbeing. We’ll give you half of the fee the client paid to post the job ad, to spend on training, development, insurance or health - even if you didn't find it via us. Just £99 to reach our growing community of freelancers who invest in their own wellbeing and development - so you benefit from the best possible and most sustainable talent available. 50% goes to the freelancer, 50% goes to support Leapers.
