What it does

Pull a shot. Tell Grindset it tastes sour. It tells you: grind 2 clicks finer, aim for 36g yield, target 28 seconds. Pull again. Three shots later, you're dialed in. Grindset is an espresso companion with a Dial-In Coach that gives you shot-by-shot adjustments calibrated to your exact machine and grinder.
