As a college student and father of five, balancing academics, family, and personal challenges has been incredibly tough, especially with my recent job loss and ADHD. Groodles Art Therapy has been a source of hope and a vital tool in my mental health journey.The thoughtfully designed canvas and beautifully crafted guides have been instrumental in helping me manage my anxiety and depression.
