I downloaded the game for my grandchildren. They loved the game. It kept them busy for a couple of hours until I had to return a phone call. They saw where they could get the puppy. I sent my email on the page to get the dog like it said and didn’t receive a link. I waited a day and in the meantime, my 3 year old granddaughter is hiding the phone and then looks for Kitty😂. I tried again for the dog and it didn’t work. I emailed the company around 9 am this morning. I received a reply about an hour later. After emailing back and forth, we had the issue resolved in a couple of hours. Part of that time was because I couldn’t get to my phone to check my emails because of my granddaughters…from apps.apple.com
