Homae: Jet Lag & Body Clock

Sync all 3 biological clocks Recover 2.7× faster from JetLag

What it does

Most jet lag apps fix one clock. Homae syncs all 3 — brain, liver & muscle — simultaneously. Built on 832 days of real biometric data. Uses your Apple Watch HRV to calculate your exact biological anchor and builds a personalized hour-by-hour protocol. No cloud. No guessing. 100% on-device AI. → First app with 3-clock sync protocol → Real biometric feedback → Direction-aware meal science → Full Arabic & English support

Does the same job

I kept running into this: timer on my laptop, alarm on my phone, timezone / discord timestamp conversion app in a separate tab. Switching between them was a hassle and I wanted to be able to set them up and manage really fast anywhere I was. So I built Time Keep, it puts world clocks, timers, alarms, countdowns, a stopwatch, breaks, a sleep planner, Discord timestamps, and more into one always open place. Works without an account or signup. All tools are fully functional immediately. Sign in to save your data across sessions. Pro adds live cross-device sync. Shared countdown links show…

After suffering one too many times from bad jet lag, I read a bunch of circadian rhythm papers and developed a simple app to help fight jet lag. I knew that avoiding devices at night was helpful, but it turns out that getting the right light at specific times of day can help not just with jet lag but overall sleep and well being. How it works: you give the app your sleep goal, and then it coaches you by estimating current melanopic light exposure from the iPhone's camera. I validated this against an $1800 lab-grade light meter and was surprised to find it is absolutely close enough for these…

With social media and now AI, its important to keep the indie web alive. There are many people who write frequently. Blogosphere tries to highlight them by fetching the recent posts from personal blogs across many categories. There are two versions: Minimal (HN-inspired, fast, static): https://text.blogosphere.app/ Non-minimal: https://blogosphere.app/ If you don't find your blog (or your favorite ones), please add them. I will review and approve it.
