What it does

We started Hoply because most running apps felt broken either built for elite athletes or too generic to truly help. Hoply adapts to real life. It creates personalized training plans, tracks how you recover and progress, and adjusts when schedules change. Instead of overwhelming users with data, we focus on consistency, motivation, and making healthy routines actually stick through coaching, gamification, and simplicity.
