I built a simple app to create PDF invoice launched on December 11, 2024 with 8 votes and more than 75% of that year's launches. The site was still online in September 2026, 1 year on.
What it does
Create, edit and download professional PDF invoices in seconds. One-time payment, no subscription. Built for freelancers and small businesses.
Type straight into a real invoice, watch the totals calculate themselves, and download a clean PDF. One payment of $14.99, yours for life. InvoicePDF is the middle path: a focused editor that always produces a clean, consistent PDF, for a one-time price. Clean typography, aligned totals, your logo in place. Clients see a document that says you have your act together. You type directly on the invoice itself. Line totals, tax, and discounts calculate as you go. No formulas, no formatting fights. Feedback would be great: it's my first foray into web app development and I'm finding it hard to look at the page with fresh eyes—although I have my doubts about its usability in certain areas! It runs entirely in your browser: fill in products and customer details on the left, see a live preview on the right, then export/download a PDF. No ads, no tracking, no account. I first shared it on Reddit and got a bunch of thoughtful feedback; it’s now at ~3k monthly active users. I’d love your critiques, bug reports, and feature ideas.
