I do nothing in my dayjob for 95% of the Time so I made this

I had the problem of having a boring office job, where im not busy at all, i sit in an office and my bosses keep walking around. And i also enjoy scrolling (twitter) . So to fix this i made a simple free Chrome Extension to make it look like a PDF file. And here i made a little landing page for it. (am proud btw) : https://xdisguise.com/ So i made this :)

In plain words

This free Chrome extension disguises web pages to look like PDF files on screen. Designed for office workers with downtime, it allows users to browse while appearing to view documents when supervisors pass by. The extension runs locally in the browser and was created to address the boredom of understaffed desk jobs where supervisors frequently monitor activity.

    I made a better interface for Google Tasks and I can't go back2011 · gtasker.com · ▲122

I recently decided to try out Google Tasks as my only task management system, and while I find some things about the interface great, it really isn't suited for someone like me who has multiple lists with lots of elements on each. So, I whipped this together real fast and I can't imagine using Google Tasks without it anymore. I realized you might want it too, so I put it on the web. Enjoy :)

    I created a Chrome extension to help keep good posture while browsing2022 · posture.krose.work · ▲13

Hey HN, this is a small project I created that blurs your browser window whenever you start slouching. I'm sure it can be improved, but I wanted to put it out there in case anyone was interested. Links to the github repo [0] and the extension on the Chrome Webstore [1]. I'd love to get some feedback on it. [0] https://github.com/killa-kyle/posture-posture-posture-chrome... WhoWorks. At - Professional Heads Up Display2011 · ▲40

Protip: http://whoworks.at/download to skip the sign up process This weekend I built a simple Google Chrome extension at Startup Weekend NYC. The idea was to create a professional heads-up-display that you can use to see your connections all over the web. I ended up having to hack my own company search feature for LinkedIn since they don't have an API method for that available yet. I ended up using their internal autocomplete API. I've been in touch with some developers there and from what I hear a Company Search is a very frequent request and they plan on offering in the future. Let me know…
