In plain words
vfox is a cross-platform version manager for Windows and other systems that lets developers manage multiple runtime versions for different projects and shells. It works with popular shells including PowerShell, Bash, and ZSH, and supports plugins for extensibility. The tool can lock runtime versions per project or shell, and imports existing configuration files like .nvmrc and .sdkmanrc, making migration from other version managers straightforward.
