In plain words
PMALerts is a monitoring tool that tracks mentions across social media platforms as an alternative to Google Alerts. Launched in 2020, it allows users to set up alerts for keywords or topics and receive notifications when they appear on social networks. The tool is designed for businesses, marketers, and individuals who need to monitor their brand, competitors, or specific topics in real-time across social channels rather than relying solely on search engine indexing.
