Create sequence diagrams online in real time
I've created a tool to design sequence diagrams with my team launched on July 23, 2020 with 29 votes, #883 of 4,305 launches that month and more than 75% of that year's launches. The site was still online in September 2026, 6 years on.
In plain words
This tool lets teams collaboratively design sequence diagrams in real-time. Launched in 2020, it provides a web-based interface for creating and editing diagrams that show interactions between system components or actors over time. It's designed for software developers, architects, and technical teams who need to document processes, workflows, or system behavior through visual sequences.

Diagram as code tool with draggable customizationsOct 2025 · github.com · ▲266In the past I've used declarative diagram generation tools like Mermaid.js a lot for quickly drawing up things but for presentations or deliverables I find that I have to then move the generated diagrams over to a tool like Lucidchart which allows full control of the organization and customization. Therefore I am now working on this to combine the benefits of both into just one tool which can do both functions. The project is certainly in the early stages but if you find yourself making architecture diagrams I'd love to hear your thoughts on the idea or even a Github issue for a feature…
