Even after authorising transfer of shares on CDSL site before placing sell order when I try to place any sell order system again asks me to authorise the same and page hangs up. I literally couldn’t place a single sell order for weeks. This happens only with app and web version is working perfectly fine. Mailed to helpdesk but my complaint was settled without any solution. Completely useless to invest in market through IIFL when I can’t sell any.
