In plain words
IRL Glasses are polarized eyewear designed to block light from LCD and LED screens while functioning as UV-protective sunglasses. They help users reduce screen time by making displays invisible while preserving normal vision for the physical world around them. The glasses address concerns about excessive daily screen consumption and are intended for people seeking to balance technology use with more present, offline activities.
