I would have given it a 5 stars for its great user interface and ease of navigation, I’ve tried multiple apps for medical tracking, I just need record keeping, no fancy integrations and none compares to it, well thought out and designed, I love how it’s structured, it has everything I want except one critical component which for this reason I can’t use it at all! The ability to scan documents. I have years of hand written notes that would be great if I could upload them in which some other similar apps easily do! I can’t add a photo, a screenshot, nothing. Unless I’m missing something it’s just not there. What a disappointment. I am giving it a 4 for the overall effort despite this…from apps.apple.com
