What it does
Just select any text that you want to remember and share it with the app, the app then transforms the shared text into a flashcard and serves the cards for you in a way that makes it difficult to miss them - on your home screen, lock screen or on your watch.

Start by selecting any text that you find interesting and want to remember, share the text with the Komihåg app and the app will use AI to transform the shared text into a memorable flashcard. Just select any text that you would like to remember and share it with the Komihåg app, a flashcard will be created for you and added to your deck of choice. The app started as my wishful thinking that flashcards should really be derived from notes. I've been constantly writing things down and wishing to remember them. However, I never could convince myself to populate a flashcard app with them. I really tried (Anki, Supermemo), but I guess regular form filling is not for me. So I've started experimenting with flashcards derived from structured notes. Writing the 1st MVP was fast, but productionising it was way harder.
