Ladders Cost-Per-Click Promoted Jobs launched on January 15, 2019 with 10 votes, #932 of 2,587 launches that month and more than 50% of that year's launches. The site was not reachable when checked in September 2026.
What it does
With Cost-Per-Click recruiters will be billed at a flat rate per click, up to a specified budget amount. This gives professionals a greater level of control over their job ad spending, allowing recruiters to pay only when a candidate views their job posts. To celebrate this launch all new users will receive $100 in introductory credit.
