Family ListOct 2025 · receiptiq.me · ▲8Hi HN! I’m a solo iOS dev who kept losing track of where my grocery and shopping money was going, so I built ReceiptIQ Pro. What it does: - Scan any receipt with on-device AI/OCR and instantly categorize the items. - Auto-build spending charts, budgets, and exportable CSVs—no manual typing. - Works offline; iCloud backup/restore optional. No data leaves your phone unless you choose to. - Small extras: warranty reminders, bill tracking, and income logging. Tech bits: - Swift/SwiftUI on iOS. - Apple’s Vision framework + my own ML post-processing. - A lightweight Python backend…

- IBI built a receipt processor for Paperless-ngxFeb 2026 · ▲6
Hi all, I wanted a robust way to keep track of my receipts without needing to keep them in a box and so i found paperless - but the existing paperless ai projects didn't really convert my receipts to usable data. so I created a fork of nutlope's receipthero (actually it's a complete rewrite, the only thing that remains over is the system prompt) The goal of this project is to be a one stop shop for automatically detecting tagged docs and converting them to json using schema definitions - that includes invoices, .... i can't think of any others right now, maybe you can? If you do please make…

Hey we are Computable. We spent years building trading infrastructure at Jump Trading and Coinbase. From that point of view, compute looks like energy markets before 2000: everything trades through private bilateral leases, there’s no visible price, and nothing can be resold. The same H100 rents at a 2x spread depending on who’s asking, and once you sign a 24-month lease, it can never change hands. So we built a market for GPU nodes, sold by the calendar week. Here are three things you can do on it that you can’t do anywhere else: - Buy exactly the weeks you need. Three nodes for the last…

Hi everyone, I built PyXL — a hardware processor that executes a custom assembly generated from Python programs, without using a traditional interpreter or virtual machine. It compiles Python -> CPython Bytecode -> Instruction set designed for direct hardware execution. I’m sharing an early benchmark: a GPIO test where PyXL achieves a 480ns round-trip toggle — compared to 14-25 micro seconds on a MicroPython Pyboard - even though PyXL runs at a lower clock (100MHz vs. 168MHz). The design is stack-based, fully pipelined, and preserves Python's dynamic typing without static type restrictions.…
