What it does

Linguin translates 100+ languages using Gemini AI with context-awareness — natural output, not word-for-word swaps. Mac menu bar app, iPhone app, Chrome extension, Android app. Select any text, hit a shortcut, read the translation without leaving your current app. The Chrome sidebar translates foreign-language pages in place. Runs on gemini-2.5-flash-lite for sub-second latency (~500ms avg). No account, no subscription. Free tier: 3 translations/day.
